I received this product as part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Weave Made Media® and Farm Fresh To You, but all my opinions are my own. #weavemade #farmfreshtotable http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
It’s hard to eat healthy and cook a lot of meals when my husband and I both constantly on the go. Between the two of us working full time jobs and making time to hit the gym, see friends, and travel, running to the grocery store every couple of days is hard to fit in our schedule. That’s why I love Farm Fresh To You! They deliver the season’s best mix of organic produce conveniently to your door by growing and partnering with farms in your area. There’s no more excuses to not eat healthy.
When our box arrived, we were surprised with just how much was in there. Our box included:

– White corn
– Mini seedless watermelon

Matt and I want to start having kids soon and having a well-rounded diet is our top priority. Farm Fresh To You simplifies shopping for fresh in-season fruits and vegetables because they do that for you. There are a variety of boxes sizes to choose from. Each delivery comes with news from your local farmer with recipes and product information. You also will receive invitations for Farm Fresh farm tours, harvest activities, and more.
Since it was my first time trying Farm Fresh To You, I went with the original mixed fruit and veggies box. With an upcoming trip to Las Vegas next month, I am going to try the office snacks packs box for easy-to-eat, fresh fruit options to bring with us. Eating in Vegas tends to happen in a buffet or in the food court. I plan on snacking on my fruits to curb those late night burger runs. We’ll only be gone for a few days, but if you’re going on vacation, you can change or suspend your service to fit your schedule or vacations.
Last Friday night, Matt and I had date night at home with a cooked meal from our Farm Fresh box. On the menu:
– A fresh garden salad with heirloom tomatoes, red grapes, cucumber, and lettuce.
– Oven roasted red potatoes drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with rosemary, salt and pepper.
– Sauteed red chard with garlic, butter, olive oil, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper, sprinkled with cheese.
– Grilled New York steak.
Sunday afternoon we fired up the bbq and roasted corn. Matt made a delicious Sriracha butter spread to put on it. We cut up our mini seedless watermelon and snacked on it while we waited for the corn to cook. I love to snack on fruit because a) it’s my fave and b) involves very little prep work. I try to keep a tupperware of fruit salad salad stocked in the fridge for a quick snack during the day.
What are your favorite dishes to serve up with fruits and veggies? Matt and I are looking for suggestions for our next date night in!
