Homemade Açaí Bowl Recipe
If you follow me on Instagram (@robinwithani), you have probably seen many of my açaí bowls. Since the first time I tried one last fall, I’ve been hooked ever since. They are really easy to make and not only good for you, but so delicious! Directions below.
Simple Homemade Açaí Bowl
(2 servings)
– 2 packs of frozen @sambazon super fruit packs
– 1 tbs chia seeds
– frozen banana
– frozen apple
– frozen berry blend
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
Toppings:
– almonds
– shredded coconut
– granola
– cacao nibs
– banana
Directions:
1. Put everything in the blender besides the toppings, and pulse for 20 seconds.
2. Pour into a bowl and add crunchy and sweet toppings.
