Going Viral: How Clever Girls Collective Helped #Batkid Save The Day

batkid clever girls collective comic book characters video case studyWe are very proud of the work we do at Clever Girls Collective, and we’re SO PROUD to share our “comic book” style video case study highlighting how we helped #Batkid Miles save the day!

What did Clever Girls Social Media Agency have to do with #Batkid?
This is the story of what happened behind the social-media scenes to help make Batkid the most celebrated figure (and hashtag!) of 2013.
Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area partnered with the city of San Francisco to make Miles’ wish come true. And with only 9 days to plan, Clever Girls partnered with Make-A-Wish to create and execute the social media strategy.
Miles’ story had all the makings to go viral. Clever Girls set the social stage.
And then Miles made magic.

The institution of marriage is destroyed by these people – not gays!

Saw this as a friend’s Facebook status. Love it.

So, let me get this straight…Charlie Sheen can make a “porn family”, Kelsey Grammer can end a 15 year marriage over the phone, Larry King can be on divorce #9, Britney Spears had a 55 hour marriage, Jesse James and Tiger Woods, while married, were having sex with EVERYONE. Yet, the idea of same-sex marriage is going to destroy the institution of marriage. Really?

I Stand With Planned Parenthood #IStandWithPP

Planned Parenthood pink

I am a firm believer in women’s reproductive rights and when I read that The House voted to bar Planned Parenthood from federal funding, I got mad. And offended. And a sad that women still have to fight for, what I believe, is a no-brainer.

They cut funding for HIV tests, cancer screenings, birth control, and more, putting millions of women and families at risk. We can’t let it go unanswered. It’s time for you and me to stand with Planned Parenthood. Sign the open letter to the reps who voted for this bill — and to the senators who still have a chance to stop it.
