With the overwhelming number of amazing wedding photos that we’ve received from our wedding thanks to Briana Calderon Photography, we have to do something with them! We’re going to make photo books for loved ones using Blurb, one of my favorite photo book-making site!
Blurb is celebrating Black Friday early and have the following deals happening right now:
Less than five months until I become a Mrs! I am so excited to walk down the aisle and give Matt a big ol’ kiss after we’re pronounced hubs and wife. The wedding planning has been fun and while I could plan and plan all day long, I am looking forward to the big celebration, our honeymoon, and becoming a wife.
Matt and I won a second photographer at a bridal fair so we got to take two engagement photo shoots. Doesn’t hurt to have extra photos, plus it was great experience for both of us to get comfortable in front of the camera. Both photographers are amazingly talented and so sweet. We really lucked out and are in love with all of our photos. I can’t wait to put together a photo book of all of them. If you’re also wanting engagement photography taken Capture Create Studios has taken beautiful engagement photography around Sacramento if you ever find yourself close by.
The photos below were taken in San Pedro Valley Park, one of Matt and my favorite hiking spots in Pacifica. The photo shoot was with Briana Calderon of Briana Calderon Photography. Briana and I met through a mutual friend and turns out we both went to San Jose State. This was Briana’s first time in Pacifica and while it was pretty freaking windy, I hope it didn’t scare her from coming back to visit again. Briana shoots weddings, engagement pictures, portraits and events. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
For the eye makeup, I used Younique’s 3D Fiber Lash Mascara, which you can purchase HERE for $29 + tax and shipping. My fave mascara!
One of my closest friends since elementary school married her outdoorsman sweetheart. They both love to fish and camp so a river-side outdoor wedding in Coloma, California was perfect. My campsite was right next to the American River and throughout the afternoon we saw half a dozen rafters take on the rapids and succeed. Just looking at the middle fork of the american river made me want to book a whitewater rafting trip there.
The bride’s lacy, off-white dress was beautiful. She walked down the isle to “Kiss The Girl” from The Little Mermaid, her favorite movie.
